Is this also the case for Holo1? Maybe it would make more sense to only turn on Holo2 when doing something? You lose some of the decoys, but with 7 Joans that's not necessarily a bad thing.
If Sepulcher gets KHD, it will be hilarious responding to "Is this hackable?" question with "Indeed it is, here is your REDRUM". But like someone already mentioned, fat chance for sectorial playing without KHD for so long to get KHDs on multiple profiles suddenly.

Using Holo1 to appear like a Santiago KHD might be a good way to deter hackers. But, I still think the best defense is to appear unassuming. Order Sergeant w/ Combi is the best way to go, imo.
Can’t appear as the Santiago, it won’t have the Tinbot and that’s a dead giveaway. Holo1 does not copy equipment.
To a more savvy opponent it's true. So maybe not the play to make at the next International, but I think a lot of people aren't going to know the Santiago well enough to realize it's missing a Tin Bot.
If you have a non-marker KHD then the hilarious alternative is to "hide" behind something Hackers will just want to avoid.
Fixing the Sepulchure is kinda hard as his main problem is simply being too expensive next to HI Links/TAGs/Guards in MO and Vanilla. Combat Spitfire Specialist is an option but directly competes with DeFe and new Santiago again. He'll either need a dirt cheap but amazing BS upgrade like Fatality L2 (please no CB) to compete with Links or a different fokus like MA3/4 and 6-2 Move. A linkable version with Holo3 would be possible as well. Other than that I can only see more drastic measures like adding Frenzy and reworking him around Holo2 or even without Holo 2. As a last resort they could try turning him into MO's equivalent of a Guard in the 60-70 points bracket. But that will be very hard to pull off properly.
Problem is to do so you have to give him Full Auto or Fatality, both of which do not necessarly fit him. Making him MOV6-2 would be nice, but that probably fits more to Teutons (plus we just got our knight with MOV8-4). Making him a HI specialist with some specialist skill would actually make him quite different than all other knights, question is what kinda of skills/weapons would justify such ~50 pts investment ?
I'd pay loads of points for a proper CC powerhouse, MA3/4 with CC22+ and /or NBW together with his native Surprise Attack and the ability to get into BtB are invalueable. That would massively increase his damage potential and makes him worth the investment.
And replaces it? I wouldn't mind tocamo at all. It's not like it would effect vanilla lists and it would be a boon for MO.
You mean abilities like Veteran, SShotL2, Sixth Sense, Advanced Command, etc. or weapons like MultiMR, EMarat or grenades? If he's going to keep the Holos, make sense to give him better weapons and kils suited to win firefights
