Fusilier Lt made more sense for MO than any other sectorial, since MO are a separate entity to the PanO army and those Fusiliers would constitute an overseer sent by PanO command to make sure the knights are kept in check.

As for Fusiliers commanding Hexas: Hexas in TO Camo are supposed to act independently, not give Orders. In Outrage Emily was sorta-Fusilier giving orders to ex-Hexa Knauf.

 

Well, Emily herself was an active member of the Hexahedron before defecting at the end of Outrage. She wasn't really a Fusilier.

 

Hexas probably don't get command training. Fusiliers that rise in rank definitely do.

 

Sure, but it'd be nice if the Hexas had options at least similar to her.

Or a Character with something approaching the same level of love.

 

I always assumed Emily was an Indigo rather than a Hexa. I'm not sure if she's described as either though.
