CB: “Here PanO, have something odd but useful.” Nomads: *quickly attaches mustache* “Hey you forgot to give us some.” CB: “Oh of course you can have this tech too.” Nomads: “Haha we tricked you!” CB: “No we just like giving nomads things.”
Misery loves company, right? Advanced ECM on the Squalo also technically counts. I think we can also loop in MSV3 and HGLs. So really I think it’s safe to add “We’ve got a slightly improved version of your corner case technology” to the Pan O mantra.
In France we have in the world of role playing something that could be translated by: "Shut up! It's magic!" In Infinity, we have "Shut up! It's Praxis!" Because CB can just throw away anything to the Nomads that should belong to any other faction and the lore would support it just because Praxis exists. They have even better TAGs than the power number 2 of the Sphere.
Worry not my friend, Remote Assistant to the rescue! ... great now I'm sad too /edit: also @MrNailbrain already mentioned it Not exactly hyped by the Minelauncher. Most important difference to Drop Bears is that you can't "drop" them in btb. Defending your TAG about CC stuff, dropping Mines around a corner and putting a DAM16 Heavy Shotgun on several people - doesn't work that easy. And with Disposable(2) and rolling on 14/17s it's kind of unreliable. The good news is the pricing for the old and new Raicho. Something in the formula got readjusted for the old Profile. And the HSG seems to be discounted by quite about half. Gives a lot of hope all those Combi+LSG/Asspistol Profiles might see a 1-2 point pricedrop in the near future.
It is not unique. MSV 3 is shared with Asura and Charontid, HGL with Lizard and Advanced ECM with Maggy.
Honestly. Its Disp2, and while its funny to think of shooting mines 24 or 48 across the table, on 11s and 8s to get a single mine down its not really all that effective. It also cannot be deployed as a regular mine in B2B and it cannot be used as an intuitive attack. It must always be fired. In my opinion both Drop Bears and the Tikbalans regular mines are still both more powerful tools. the Tikbalangs mines in particular combo nicely with its other skills such as climbing plus ect. as to the discussion on "PanO" design, Ive said my piece before and we all know even I think thats a joke
Errrr... All I know is that there is one Nomad with a thing for Dani. Dani is most certainly Combined Army.
Did you even bother reading my post? Notice the part where I say: Lupe probably just watched the show and had herself sculpted to resemble her. On the other hand, Dani the character is leading an invading force of alien monsmonsters hellbent on establishing herself as the ultimate ruler. How is that not a Combined Army I have no idea.
