Am pleased. Shotguns and Mines are kind of a Morat staple these days. Also, the Wip13 to bring it in line with every other Morat alive... Solid. Gonna enjoy using Targetless to plonk mines just past the corners of buildings so that they will eat whole link teams the following turn :)
Got some table time with the new version on friday, can confirm it's good, shotgun is excellent and the mine dispenser allowed me to put pressure on my opponent to force him to make nasty choices, not the upgrade I expected but certainly a good and above all interesting one, should have finished the writeup for kurage this evening.
I agree with @Aspect Graviton. Ran the new Raicho and it is really nice, it feels right. Shooting mines to block corner advances while being able to lock down a long fire lane is really nice.
@Aspect Graviton & @itsuncertainwho , Did either of you reload the mine dispenser or wish you had? How did it go? I've been looking at potential lists and prefer to go LI with the Raicho. I've been including an engineer, 4 trooper core and a haris. This leaves me one spot for something and I'm wondering if a baggage bot is necessary. I didn't reload but planned for it. The heavy shotgun and MHMG threat around the corner and a mine at an intersection held off several units from advancing....until the Raicho got impatient and decided they all needed to be shot at. I think an Ikadron is a great option, but not a necessary one.

I see the ikadron reload being more of an option when you're looking to use a more order happy list or when you're looking for a repeater web for the hacking I wasn't using.
I think the suggestion was that you bring your own smoke to combo it with your Yaogats for pseudo-surprise shot.
I'm surprised people are still beating the Full Auto horse when we got the highest DAM shotgun in the game on a fast, sturdy and shooty platform. I am very satisfied with this update, even if it isn't exactly what I wanted (I wanted frenzy, berzerk and an EXP ccw) but it's good, it plays well and fits into the sectorial like an angry, armor plated glove. Seriously guys, let's be positive about this one.
Ya this update is very good, but very unexpected. I expected -some- change that would make it more deadly/useful, but this is both creative an unique. Something to make it harder to kill was all I could think of.
