Question about AI beacons

    We are. I was trying to address the concern that landing touching or upon scenery would cause the loss of the AI beacon.
    • If it’s on, no problems.
    • If it’s touching, separate by 1mm to indicate no cover.

    Maybe I’m thick but was there a clear answer as to what happens when the beacon lands in a spot where it can’t stand (like a thin parapet)?

    It’s not clearly defined in the rules. I usually apply the minimum amount of displacement to put the model in a legal landing spot, whereas others prefer to place the model in their own DZ touching a board edge.
