I created a list that I printed out for the first time today and on the Courtesy List Infinity Army has very Courteously told my opponent who my Lieutenant is. This is the first time I have noticed this and I don't think I have any other private information in the list so I don't know what else would have been revealed. As far as I understood it, the Points cost and SWC cost is supposed to be private information. As is the identity of the Lieutenant. I just created another list and printed out the Courtesy list and once again it displays who is the Lt and the costs both points and SWC. Although I must admit it does not actually list the CH: TO Camo and combat jump of the models with those.
I think you might be using the "print" option on the menu. That is a mistake, you need to use the "printer" icon on top of where your troops show up when building the list, and for the courtesy list, the happy face. If even doing so, you have trouble, I'd say you have trouble in the hardware end, be it configuring the printer or selecting the right print option.
I have been using the printer icon on the list and the smiley face for the courtesy list. The printer/computer seems unlikely as I have been using the combination without problems for about 4 years now and I have printed on where different computers and printers today and they have all given effectively identical results.
Mmmm... Have you tried to generate a PDF? I say this because the photo you included before was of a printed list :S
What OS are you on? Windows 8-10 and most Linux/BSD distros allow you to print to PDF. For Windows 7 you can get a program like PrimoPDF that adds print to PDF functionality
That's what the result of printing the whole window, instead of using the 'print list' button. Could you double-check you're getting the same result from the print list icon?
We need to know Operating System and browser. As for the generating a PDF list, when you are using the Army Web, Chrome (for example) allows you to select "save as PDF" among the printer lists, thus allowing you to produce a PDF. They have to look like the PDF I have attached, the PBL is the courtesy list, the PRB is the private one.
O/S Windows 7 64bit Home Ultimate. Up to date Opera, Firefox, MS IE & Safari. Each the most recent I have been able to find.
I'm using Vivaldi and Chrome on Windows 7, both have built in Print to PDF that's working fine, I always save as PDF before I print though (due to using someone else's printer).
I have never got an option to save anything as PDF in IA on any of the browsers I have tried or any output worth saving as a PDF through the browser
Print it as you usually would, by clicking the little printer icon inside Army, but instead of selecting your normal printer choose "Save as PDF". Both Chrome and Vivaldi have this function as standard, other browsers might need plugins (you can actually save any website as a PDF using this method).
