Maybe, but I also kinda love the ridiculousness of 3 Orcs + a TAG lol. I'm not even sure which Orc would be cut; the hmg is obvious, the hacker is a good specialist with utility through the Fugazi spam (coordinate and spread turn 1 if there aren't many hackers, and you have a cool repeater net), and the boarding shotgun is great up close or against rushing units.
