Yeah, I got confused because the rules only state that troops are not allowed to be deployed in b2b, and you said that the holoechos are not considered troops during deployment.
That's Infinity I'm afraid. :/ The rules often omits when you're meant to ignore Definitions and Terminology, which happens quite often through referencing other rules.
