    Mines can claim cover in either state in N3.

    Related question:

    Is it correct that while I cannot place a Perimeter Weapon in Standby Mode with a Camouflage Marker in ZoC normally, I am allowed to do so with a roll for Intuitive Attack?

    No, because Perimeter weapons like Crazykoalas and Madtraps do not have the Intuitive Attack Trait.
