Hi, I am painting both Nomadas (you can see them here ) and You Jing. In the beginning my intention was to make some red scheme...but testing it become some kind of fuchsia/pink...and I liked it! so I keep it.

I will mantain the fuchsia as main color and combine it with some secondary colour depending on the sectorial army, in example I am thinking on yellow for the Invincible Army, white for the Japanese, probably blue for the Banner one, and green for those generic troops. So it would look as a whole uniformed army but also sectorial identificable.

I start showing some wumings, hope you like them and all the comments, questions, opinions, feedback, etc....are always welcome [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Hi all!! Thanks a lot for all de comments

I have finished painting some reinforcements for my Yu Jing army :). As I explain in the first post, I want to use the same main armour colour for all the army, but making differences between sectorials or special units with secondary o terciary colours.

First here it is a Guilang, wich will be part of the Banner sectorial army, so I decided the troops of this army will go in blue and white.

Then we have a big badass guy from the Imperial Service, wich is going to go with black and yellow details, the Su Jian.

Also from the Imperial Service, Kanren is a really nice model to paint.

Now some Japanese guys, cheap soldiers perfect to adjust the las points of the army...they go in white. If they finally achieve their objetive of independence and get separated from Yu Jing, I will probably change the armour colours, it would make no sense to continue wearing the colours of your enemy xD. I would probably change the armour colours to black and red, and with the withe clothes I think it could work fine. But for the moment...they still "loyal" to the emperor xD

Finally the "samurai units", a Ninja and Shinobu. I enjoyed specially panting the ninja, I think it is a really great model!. These are mainly japanese people, but there are ninjas also in imperial service and generic so...I would go with a black ninja color scheme with these guys (also with the Oniwabans, I would paint then in the future).
