    the [*] is considered a Debris Terrain Zone

    so, what's [*] is?

    The exclusion zone I assume:
    "This Bonus will be applied only during a Move Common Skill declared or performed in the Exclusion Zone."

    Also, are the Debris Area and Artificial Gravity Failure bonus MOV accumulable? both apply to the exclusion area on the Frostbyte scenario, and multiterrain gets both.
