Looked extensively, but couldn't find anything preventing obstacles (or Bixié's blocked space) on a scoring hex. Anyone know differently?

No, there's nothing preventing that assuming you have the means to do so (via displacement, usually).

You could even do so with Ziggurats.

That's right. Don't forget Ziggurats are not Scoring/Deployment Zones. You can Displace an Obstacle right over a Space within a Scoring Zone to block your opponent. Or even deploy it (Fiddler & Gaia). Jackbots are not only useful to kill.

Perfect. I played 8-ball's "Dance for Me" and my opponent was not happy. I've blocked a lot of scoring in ziggurats especially and glad to know I wasn't breaking the rules
