After deployment, theyre deployed pieces of equipment and no longer troopers. Command tokens allow you to move a trooper. Quotes from the wiki: AI beacon:The AI Beacon provides an Order to the Order Reserve; even though its bearer is a piece of Equipment instead of a trooper Command token group move: Permanently move an allied troop to a different Combat Group, but respecting the 10 members limit. So as an netrod isnt a trooper, you cant move it across groups with a command token, and as such you shouldnt put them in group 2 most of the time, since posthumans and apsaras also need to be in the same combat group to keep their orders when they die.
Sorry but this isn't accurate. They get to keep their orders as long as there is any AI Beacon that isn't in a null or isolated state, regardless of what combat group it is in. The order just goes to the group that contains the beacon.
Here are some lists I've had some fun with this season. supremacy test ────────────────────────────────────────────────── GROUP 1 10 MYRMIDON OFFICER Lieutenant Boarding Shotgun, Nanopulser, Eclipse Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. @300 pts, get 10 orders on the field. One extra order is more valuable than anything else you can bring. 10 is already a really limited pool and will press you to do objectives on more order intensive missions, going under it is kinda *really* iffy.
