You throw the nimbus on models that ARENT the primary target if you can. That way only the eprimary of the bsg template shoots back normally. Then your shotgun is hitting on like 20s (or 23 in link!) And the secondary targets are shooting back on garbage numbers.

 

You're getting the hang of this technical English @Koni , pretty soon nobody will be able to tell you from a native!

And thanks for the Patsy tidbit. That is an interesting little package at a very competitive price. It turns out that slapping an SMG and Grenades (of any kind) onto an ORC really DOES make it interesting!

 

Lets not forget that Patsy has FO so we have another option for Orc specialist besides terrible AHD.

I wish Patsy would be added to SAA and NCA because shes makes an Orc Haris more appealing.

Not entirely sure it mashes well with the current ORC loadouts IMO. gonna have to wait to see what the others are I think for my descision.

yean, Im more on the fence because I am waiting for hte pieces to start fitting them together, we dont know nearly enough IMO

 

I'm at the point where I have a vague idea of what my "go-to" list will look like, it's just figuring out how it all fits together exactly.
Harris profiles rarely make the cut, but with so much wildcard and SWC discounts, I may find room for one.

 

Kamau HMG is burst 3 at best.

 

+1 for link, -1 for sat zone, leaves burst 4.

So I've been thinking this over and I'm actually really happy with the profile. She's not the strongest individual unit but I think she synergises very nicely in links and with what we already have in Varuna.

Support her with our longer range weaponry from the Kamau sniper, Fusilier ML, Zulu Cobra Marksman or our host of HMGs and she's got the ability to get up the board and cause real problems. Being a character, specialist and packing D-charges means she's great for completing missions. Wildcard plus NCO makes her a nice fit in aggressive links.

I can see myself using her in Kamau Haris links with a Kamau HMG to give the longer range firepower. Or in a Duo with a squalos to help cover the tag when you get closer to the enemy or for the tag to cover her grabbing objectives. Put her with the squalos and that NCO order can just be used to put a Fusilier LTs order in to a pot shot with that HGL if you have nothing else to do! (EDIT, nope, NCO doesn't seem to allow that last part, my bad!)

 

We were taking about this on discord. Set it up against a TAG and they're at -12 to Dodge, trigger an ARO by a unit with a higher burst weapon the tag has to potentially take the EM hit to ARO back or is trying a really bad Dodge attempt and possibly getting the EM and BS rounds to save.

 

Yeah, Peacemaker is the first place I went. Also some good synergy with mines - not to mention sensor Zulus.

As i understand it, the NCO can only spend the LT order by being the fireteam leader, cant just pass it to the squalo.

 

Yeah, only the trooper with NCO can spend the order, they just don't get kicked out of the link as it is converted to Regular.

 

Then you could still FO something to improve the HGL's aim with her. Actually makes a cool duo.
