But Red Fury often cost 1 SWC on guys that are expected to pay 1.5 or 2.

The Heckler I think along a KanRen Profile mixed with the weapon choices of a Prowler. Losing MA, Holo2 and most specialist options (perhaps keep KHD and FO as two choices), reducing CC and switching Forward Deployment to Infiltration plus gaining Albedo or Mimetism.

As excited as I am for Tunguska there is one thing I am hoping to see above all else.
    ODD
Seriously, we are the faction that invented ODD and yet we have virtually no units equipped with it - the only ones being three of the Reverency choices of which one is an overpriced character and the other a weak MI unit (say what you will, I find Moiras to be weak when compared to the alternatives) and the final being a decent hacker.
But that is three units. And that is it? For the faction that invented this device? That is really all we get?
PanO invented TO camo, and they have by far the largest number of TO units out of the Human sphere, so what about the supposed Nomad specific bit of tech that is the ODD?
And to add insult to injury, as well as a certain level of irony, the one faction that really does get ODD in large counts (and for a relatively cheap price too) is ALEPH - the arch enemy of the Nomad nation!

So, I for one am hoping to see a metric fethton of ODD equipped units for a fairly cheap price.

And nobody argues against Pano getting feuerbachs, in fact, I want them to get a large numbres of FB and drop all those ancient weapons that HMGs are :P.

ALEPH also stole another characteristic nomad-stuff: the "back hexagons".

These hollow and heckler are the oportunity of redention for CB.

In regards to the Heckler, I think giving it a Hacking Device (any variant) with Exile as an upgrade program would give Nomads (as a Human Sphere faction*) a unique way to deal with Sectorals while maintaining hacking dominance, and giving the Heckler's name some teeth.

*by Human Sphere faction I mean non-alien

Exile is something I'd love on them, absolutely.

Seems to fit the theme, yes.

Honestly if CB wants Tunguska to be crazy hackers I wouldnt mind an exclusive program vs armies that bring no hackers, the buffing rems is great but walking up against Ariadna with 3-4 hackers can feel kinda pointless, even white noise gets no use. I kinda hope hecklers get KHD or HD+ as an option so I can get some good use out of cybermask other than hiding an interventor. Maybe if we get a special character hacker they could have a unique program. But I think getting exile+cybermask on a decent short range gun fighter will be good enough.

    Infiltration-limited camo-KHD-boarding shotgun(upgrade sucker punch or exile)
    infiltration-limited camo-red fury
    infiltration-limited camo-hacking device(exile upgrade)-combi

Based on his art dunno if he has a visor of some sort on.

This profile would sit him somewhere between prowlers, zeros and morans as a premium mid field specialist. If he got msv 1 he would also be very potent for clearing out enemy infiltrating camo specialists, he wouldn't be as annoying to remove from objectives as zeros and morans due to limited camo and no mines/koalas but would work for clearing those sorts of problems.

An Assault Hacker with Exile would be worth it every time.

Psh, y'all think too small. Clearly he will have 6-2 MOV, 13 PHYS, ODD, Nimbus Plus Grenades, and 2 Heavy Flame Throwers.

Do you know how rage inducing that model would be?

Nothing in the entire game is as rage inducing as the jammer.

It would be not so broken on expensive platform without built-in smoke.

    Indeed.

But it is the gold standard for frustrating mechanics in Infinity.

NFB on White Noise when you have a 34pt model with OOD. Personally I find that more frustrating because it serves absolutely no purpose except to screw Custodiers (who don't actually need screwing).

I mean, you are right on that level at which things like "frustration" dwell.
But I think Jammers are where they are specifically because of platform and its spam-ability.

Granted, they do certain things that are normally relegated to Hacking without actually having normal drawbacks of Hacking, and things like that do tend to be frustrating.

we are all thinking too small

    wip 15
    TO camo
    superior infiltration
    Fatality lvl 2 jammer
    khd
    Em grenades
    eclipse smoke
    chest grenades

can anyone run the math on what that would technically cost
