My Morats arrived today, and I can't believe how enormous these models are - seeing the pictures online did not prepare me for the sheer hugeness of every single one of these figures. For example, the Zerat, from the base of her feet to the top of her head, is about 38mm tall.

How big is, say a Suryat, in comparison?
Are they starting to push the S2 envelope a bit?

Sorry for the crapy comparison but there are pictures next to the previous ones.

    Anyat with herself.

Vangard with mister muder machine (this one is not directly connected to the base so it looks a bit taller than it is)

To me, they don't look that tall next to the previous ones, but they are beefier, especialy all the females.

The extra bulk definitely adds to the character of the models.

Man, I so hope CB doesn't eff up the Sogarat design. Just beef them up if needed, but please for the love of all red-handed murder gods, don't change it.

That being said, I'm all in with these humongous lads and ladettes. Bigger is much more moraty and makes them stand out easier compared to the human sphere counterparts.

Can someone just please, please redesign the Bultrak?

It was available to buy at Adepticon, they also sent some direct orders out early to avoid being delayed by the Spanish Transport Strike. My direct order was "shipped" on the 23rd (tracking number created by DHL), picked up from CB by DHL on the 28th, and got to me on the 31st. Though I only ordered the book and some other minis, no Monkes.

Ah, that would indeed explain things, thank you! I'll just have to wait a bit longer :)

I ordered on the 31st because I wanted to get Valerya as well, made it all the way from Spain to Seattle in under a week!
