Aswang spitfire is 2013 so one of the more modern shasvastii figures - but that price also looks like a 2013 blister price, so we'll have to see.
Yeah at this point I'm thinking it's just a misunderstanding. It'd be awesome if it was the first of the new Shas tho.
The new deck makes another change (another substitution like kidnap/retroengineering I think) but the old one will still be usable according to Carlos and Belen
Of possible note is that they're starting to include HVT Kidnapping cards in ITS packs in place of the secure HVT card...
