I think vNomads is in a good position. It has the troopers needed to be competitive. It does have less Bakunin than N3, but has picked up more Tunguska profiles. These i am uncertain about. The Triggerman looks like a profile I will never use. There are plenty of other profiles that can perform its role better. Rounders are a good camo/mim. shooter with its MMR. The hacker is also nice, but haven't used it yet. Switcha Gruppa I think are interesting, but in a game of chance, there is no guarentee i will pass the wip roll to use the better profile.

With the reduction in fireteam strength, it is a level playing field. A pure core of LI to boost a ML is no longer better than most factions HI. Making my MB ML a genuine threat again, and not dying to a LI ML in a fireteam.

Fireteam options are better this edition. Focussing on pairs instead of large groups of soldiers, keeping the spec. ops. theme. Some really good and dangerous Duos can be made.

I find I can build interesting lists. Too many to try, not enough time to play them all.

Overall, I am enjoying this edition.
