I'm not sure if it would be the solution, but it is certainly an interesting concept.

I think they need an overhaul on what is HI and what is MI. Many of them are the same thing. Make all MI 1 wound+NWI. All HI should be full 2 wounds and hackable.

I can fully agree on the 1st point. The lines are so blurred I'm not sure they are still visible (aprt from the unit categorization itself).
But I completely disagree on the 2nd, as this limits your development options.

How would it limit? ARM can be from 3-6, 2W, Shock Immune, Hackable, is more really needed? Anything else can be contributed to training or other equipment. Camo, Dodge +?, etc.

There's always special cases. Special Tech (Androids, Symbio-whatever, etc)

I forgot that most MI should not be Shock Immune while HI should be.

Edit: this has not been tested or anything! Just ideas for a base.

LI: ARM 0-3, 1 Wound (more for special)
MI: ARM 2-3, 1W + NWI or Dogged
HI: ARM 3-6, 2W, Shock Immune, Hackable
Super HI ARM 5-6, 2W + NWI or Dogged, Shock Immune, Hackable
TAG: ARM 6-9, 3W, Shock Immune, Hackable

    Well, from another topic:
But maybe instead of making DST cheaper for +1 Dam it is really better make them the same price but with NWI (no shock immunity though).

Also, I don't like Azrails be part of DBS fluff-wise. Al Fasid is another thing.

Druze Assault Corps based on Wu Ming w/a access to HMG would do, though it makes DBS closer and closer to Ikary.

So, taking the idea of Druze Enforcers but without new models: err... Druzonic Knights? %) They are CC oriented, their armor is quite mediocre for HI (arm 3 bts 3, the same druzes already have) and while properly trained and conditioned knight hardly be part of DBS, the long term buyer of PanO weaponry like druze society can afford the gear. Get rid of MA, Impetous, Religious and Terrain (Jungle), add Veteran, +1 Dam and cube and maybe skip Lt and Spitfire NCO, changing Specialist SMG to NCO SMG.

Even with the cube and without Impetous they must be in the beginning of 30 pts taking their loadout. Maybe switch DA CCW to AP CCW and upgrade pistols to viral to keep theme.

And the loadout of Order Sergeant form the pack makes him suitable to be used as Brawler spec-ops.

Unfortunately even using the existing model it's still very different profile, alas. Bland AVA3 Druze Assault Corps (those with the name) with the same FT options are way simpler.
