True, but, assuming they still cost the same, the burst 2 on the Ghulam's shotgun means it's often going to be a better choice than the Naffatun. Not that I'd complain too much, because right now the Naffatun is the obvious choice.
It'll definitely change up the meta a lot. It will make the solid slug more of a utility piece for the face to face roll whilst helping against the more elite stuff with higher armour we should see due to tac window being default
I'm thinking in terms of both turns. In reaction, a Light Flamethrower is better than a Chain-colt equivalent, and a Heavy Flamethrower is even better due to the larger template and higher Damage.
