    Was it pheromones?
As far as I remember, it was some kind of awesome VodooTech the Triumvirate didn't even get exactly how it worked but turned out to be even better than Sepsitor (I don't have the books with me, I just read them from a friend time ago).

Yep, it was like that. I call those "pheromones" because it seemed to be airborne, instead of something the enemy fired at you (call it virus, passive mind control with waves, etc...)

So did anyone see any evidence of Tohaa in any of the 3rd Offensive coverage? Like a Sakiel in the background Where's Waldo-style? A triumvirate logo? An thoughts on what they may be hiding/planning for us in there? As a kick-off for the next year, some hint of Tohaa in there seems likely, right?

I personally saw nothing like that. It would surprise me if there was something like that hidden.

We probably won't hear anything about Tohaa until the middle of 2019 at the earliest. We just need to be content with our cube jager and fishman.

Yeah why would Tohaa be active on Paradiso, right? Nothing to do there.

Sad that this is the most positive news we have had about Tohaa all year.

Oh joy and then get something that isn't even a Tohaa sectorial (as it was originally) but NA2. Screwing Tohaa over again for yet another year.

    Of course.
And don't forget that Tohaa players don't have the right to complain because our Faction is broken and we don't need anything, so just keep smiling and start collecting another Army.

While I would love for more Tohaa release/fluff/whatever. I dont think its fair to blame NA2. Mercenary armies have been a part of the game for a long time now. they've been rumored to be released for years before Tohaa even showed up on the scene. Giving them the nod is not unreasonable. Nor do I suspect they took any design time away from Tohaa.

I was pointing out how trinumerate was supposed to be our first sectorial.

AH see I suppose I misinterpreted. From what I recall one of the only things we learned about Triumverate was it was likely to be mostly human mercs. I figured you had just labeled the other NA2 stuff as replacements. My bad.

On the other hand even giving Tohaa a sectorial without a timeline and using a basis of mercs means its likely to do little for the 'vanilla' side of things. As much as I want more Tohaa they are essentially a sectorial army and there are plenty of sectorials that aren't getting updates right now.

I think it helps a little if you imagine Tohaa not as a Vanilla faction but instead as the first Sectorial in an NA2ish Alien category. Relative to a lot of sectorials we did pretty well. I still want more but its a bit useless to get angry over it.

The thing is that we didn't not get into Tohaa imagining it to only be a sectorial. When most of us got into Tohaa we saw it as another vanilla army and figured that CB would flesh it out as they had the other vanilla armies.

So did I but sometimes reality doesn't meet expectations. And it doesn't really help to get upset/bitter/grumpy/whatever you want to call it. IMO at least. Thats not to say I'm not frustrated at times or that I wouldn't love to see more Shasvastii or Tohaa or other non humanoid aliens. But why ruminate? All I'm hurting is myself.

The reality is that Tohaa is still listed everywhere as a Faction, not a Sectorial.

A sectorial by any other name would be as neglected.

But an artichoke by any other name would... be in the exact same problem, bugger.

The fact remains when the Tohaa faction was released they said in the promotional videos/interviews it was a fully supported faction that would receive some sectorials. Not a sectorial in itself.
