MGH in ISS

    I'm pretty excited for Motorized Bounty Hunters to be in ISS. I've wanted bikers in Yu Jing for along time. Now I feel I could take them instead of a really expensive Su or Remotes for Supplies.

    Here's my first list with them.

    Doesn't look like enough ARO in that list, I would expect your Wu Ming RL to get smoke shot with no sixth sense, and something mean to delete your backline. Madtraps in midfield will only work to keep the enemy off you if they have to go through midfield.

    If you get first turn you should have some fun, if you get second you could be in a world of pain.

    That's kind of one of ISS' more glaring flaws in general. Not to be dismissive or anything, but until a few things get reworked, that's always going to be a really difficult hurdle to surmount without making harsh compromises elsewhere.

    It was a characteristic weakness that was workable in N3, but N4 has gotten a lot more alpha-strike friendly in ways that can be quite punishing.

    Yeah, I was thinking of changing it around a bit to the Zhanying ML and the hacker to the cheapest WM. They have 6th sense without the need to have a big team. It sucks the longest ranged thing that can go into a CG core is the CG MSR. I wouldn't use them at all if I didn't want the smoke. It's not like the CG can be in a Haris :(

    I feel like in ISS you can't make lists that are good for both. It's one or the other.

    The Kanren Madtrap is to put near a supplies box. It's just to make them put in a little extra work to get them.

    Replace the Panggulings with MBH SMG and RF.

    Haha, for supplies you could do funny things with Kanren. Drop a madtrap kanren down and deploy a trap, but actually place two more Kanren specialists instead of holoechoes. Then use them both to run off with supply boxes... only works if you're going first.

    If you can optimise order groups so you can grab two boxes and run away with them on the first turn it can make it pretty hard for your opponent to swing the game back unless they chew through the rest of your army. Also, garuda are great for picking up supply boxes in the enemy backfield, so that's a great choice.

    tl:dr... if you're optimizing mainly for supplies, try and get two midfield deployed specialists (ninja and kanren FO/KHD for ISS) AND a garuda if you can.
