The store web pages has a some good information: Maximus versus Casuda: "If the Caskuda and Maximus were to face each other on the battlefield of Infinity, it would be an epic encounter between two formidable forces. The Caskuda, whose entry into the battlefield could easily be mistaken for a meteor shower, until they land, are an absolutely hateful, filthy, and disgusting nightmare. On the other hand, Maximus has the resolve and courage to face any adversity or opponent. Maximus will always stand up to anyone to protect the innocent and the powerless. And he will do so because he fights for what he believes is right and because he wants the Sphere to be at peace, which makes him a hero, especially in such turbulent and troubled times as the present. This box includes 2 injected thermoplastic miniatures plus two exclusive scenic bases, one 55mm and one 40mm. Maximus with MULTI Marksman Rifle and a Caskuda with Combi Rifle (AP). Two amazing TAGs to expand your ALEPH or PanOceania collection, and your Combined Army collection." Endsong: "We were warned, but it was such a terrible outcome that we chose to ignore it. And now it has finally happened. The Acheron and Cerberus Blockades have fallen. The Combined Army has shown its might, unleashing massive forces on its primary targets on Paradiso and Concilium Prima. A chapter in the history of the Infinity Universe comes to a close, bringing an end to the Human Sphere as we know it. “Infinity: Endsong” is an expansion for Infinity that opens up a new stage in the universe and game, welcoming the release of the new Reinforcements rules with a complete overview of all Infinity factions’ reinforcement and reaction groups, as well as their respective troops. In addition to broadening the universe and backstory, preparing it for a new phase, this expansion also covers the Nomad mothership Bakunin and its Observance, the Hassassins of Haqqislam, and ALEPH’s Steel Phalanx. This book also features three narrative scenarios to expand on the aftermath of the events of Endsong, which can be played in ITS to shape and determine the future of Concilium, either in campaign mode or as standalone games. In addition, there are four top-level painting guides to unveil the secrets of professional painting for the most emblematic troops of Bakunin’s Observance, the Hassassins, and the Steel Phalanx." Bold added by me for emphasis. I am excited!!!
Also the below. Maximus with MULTI Marksman Rifle and a Caskuda with Combi Rifle (AP). I can't believe that huge gun is only an Combi.
Could have +2 Damage like the Geckos, an underbarrel secondary weapon, and/or +1 Burst, all would explain a lot of bulk. A buffed AP combi on an AD TAG sounds pretty effective tbh.
Combi Rifle (AP) looks like Multi Rifle with extra steps It's ok I'll just launch Caskudas everywhere while playing pacific rim ost
About the Neoterran guy… the absence of Bolt horns… that sweet vertical line in the red helmet… I say we will have new Auxilias soon!
They might, I hope they did not, though They were not THAT bad to assemble, and they defined the Bolts aesthetic… so I’m really really hoping that guy is not a Bolt
The collar/gorget of the armor is different, as is the cabling/inner suit over the upper arms. The chest armor is also different. I’d lay money he’s not a Bolt, but rather the commander or a different unit.
Or they got a Muyib style complete rework to be more distinctive, rather than headswapped Bagh-Mari/Sikhs.
Well, as it stands, the flat/smooth gorgets of the current Bolt sculpts is distinct from the three other “main” MI. Nisses, Bagh Mari, and Akalis all have the same gorget as in the screengrab.
My hope is a Skirmisher, that undersuit reminds me of a Croc Man and the head is reminiscent of a Hexa. Otherwise it most likely is a Bolt, because there's really no design space in NCA for another MI or LI with no distinguishing equipment and a Boarding Shotgun.
