The entire builder isn't finished so at worst that's a display bug/typo calling the wrong index number for the name of a piece of equipment. On the other hand you're the guy sitting here bitching about an unfinished free piece of software, you weren't supposed to see, being inaccurate pre release, so wouldn't know how to satisfy your expectations anyway BTW you're going to have fun hating on IA for years to come. Most of the things in there got only slightly better, while stuff like MO and JSA improved by leaps and bounds

The good Liu Xing profile went down to 33 from 38 while Santiago is whole 45 points and CANNOT use parachutist (coming from the side), also only boarding shotgun
Liu Xing can't Parachutist now neither if the denesting is real, and those 12 points get the Santiago 1 ARM, a real W (not that it matters), 360 visor, KHD, 1 PH, 1 BS, Stealth, Mines, and a quite strong CC presence. More than worth it, much more; basically it turns every one of the LX weaknesses and turns them into strength Also, loving that "only Boarding Shotgun", because AD template weapons are always so bad.

Looking at Wildcats, who have an official N4 Profile, relative to the rest of the terrible terrible dead Profiles I've seen in there, we're looking at a 90% done forecast. You can see the small changes everywhere, but often it's just not enough. LI isn't changing much, what's good now stays good, what wasn't didn't get the revision necessary to keep up form what I've seen (but did get a revision). N4 doesn't look like it's going to be a good place to be a MI. HI seem vastly improved and so seem TAGs, even if that's not final. DZ bound Camo seems cheaper or level compared to before. Infiltrating Camo is a mixed bag, if you were good at CC you're usually cheaper. With improved and cheaper high stat budget troops the expensive inbetweeners turn into a big question mark. Usually despite also dropping a point or three, simply because the optimized 2W dude next to you dropped 5 (and a bunch of things dropped 7, 9, or even double digits). I'd very much appreciate if Wildcats weren't in the same ballpark as their (true) 2W competition. Even if this isn't final, it's somewhere on the road to what will be. And it's too far away from the goal I was hoping for. Either way there's a bunch of really cool stuff in there I can't wait to play with. Learned to live with N3 and N4 looks to be at worst more of the same.
Bear in mind IJW has spent the last few weeks proofreading final profiles before they get added to Army. So he would know.
This is 100% my stance after looking at all the leaked profiles. Just kinda sad it feels like a missed opportunity in some regards.
My guts tell me this is data predating WB N3 release. Best we can see is direction and I like the direction of Long Ya and Hulang. 90% done is still one helluva error margin. Sun Tze with 4-2 MOV? Doesn't seem likely. Sun v2 going down 11 points while Sun v1 doesn't budge? No.
it's a safe bet that some things might have been done at that point of time while other weren't even touched. Or this is the biggest troll ever. Or N4 is going to be unplayable :)
Yeah I imagine not everything is correct, but it does show to the naysayers that there is some credibility to the leaks.
