If an Lt is part of a coordinated order, can he use his Lt Order to fuel the Coordinated Order? This is assuming that he is not an Inspiring leader.
To do a coordinated order, you need a regular order from the order pool and one command token, that's the first requirement of coordinated order : "To declare a Coordinated Order, you must spend 1 Regular Order and 1 Command Token." The only way to use the lieutenant order for that are strategos lvl 1 or above (change the lieutenant order into a regular order) or inspiring leadership (allows to do a coordinated order with the use of a single lieutenant order)
