    Hi bromads!

Next week I am attending a tournament.
The missions are: Countermeasures, Frontline and Unmasking, using the Tactical Window extra and a 12 xps SpecOps.

To those limitations, I want to add these limitations of my own:
    1. One combat group: I am a slow player, and go to a tournament with a list with I already know I'll be slow feels disrespecful fo my opponent. Playing with 10 models and just 1 combat group speeds me up a lot.
    2. I want to play AT LEAST one TAG: I am a 33yo child, and I like to play with big robots that go BOOMBOOMBOOOOOM. Also, playing nomads, we have some very interesting tags, so why not use'em!
These are the lists I came up with. They are all Tunguska lists, But I'd be willing to change sectorial / play vanilla if a better list concept comes up.

    List 1:

    Countermeasures

This is a list I'd use for Countermeasures and Unmasking.
Five specialists, most of them hackers, with some decent firepower and a jammer to mess with the opponent in missions where one is supposed to move quite a lot.

List 2: Frontline with hollow team

'nuff said.A link of heavy dudes with a bigger heavy dude, a squisy to heal them both, a couple of baggage cheerleader bots and a heckler for extra annoyance.

Still with the baggage cheerleader bots, still with the Szalamandra, but having replaced the hollow link with a Sec link gives me the opportunity to field a lt. Kriza with HMG that can freely and effectively use its lt. order. Even if it dies, my veterans securitates would keep provideing me with enough regular orders to be effective in loss of lt.
    Also, Mary Problems because.

    Do you have any C&C?

Do you have a better way to field one (or more) tags in Nomads?

    Thanks

How much ARO density do you feel you need in lists generally?

Personally, I find that your second and third options don't have enough in the way of secondary / tertiary delay options for when your primary ARO goes down.

With your first list in Countermeasures, it's very vulnerable to Spec Ops assassination. Once you lose that Spec Ops you lose your only Dr and Engineer. Also because of the Zondbots you can have your Spec Ops in the Fireteam: this means that it's only a 4 person Fireteam.

    ----

I think your Unmasking list works.

Puppets early game to push buttons and then act as a midfield road block. Salzy to use its size and speed to get to the primary target.

But I think it'll struggle in Countermeasures vs an opponent who's plan is to kill your key specialists. It also does not cover a lot of the more 'weird' objectives at all. Hell, it'll struggle with something like Sabotage.

I think your Frontline Hollowman list will be taken apart by an opponent with a strong midfield: and its Frontline so strong midfields should be expected. It's got absolutely no screen.

I actually like your first list for Frontline. Puppets are disposable in Frontline so do a good job of helping you preserve your order pool. It's only issue is the lack of a decent LO choice: LO is potentially 2 OP, so it's important.

Overall, mission selection would push me to Vanilla.

Lizards can do very well in both Unmasking or Countermeasures: the HGL gives you an answer to some problems that otherwise might be an issue. And the superlative midfield of vanilla shines in both of these missions. Add in a Meteor / Tomcat Eng / Hellcat AHD for objectives and walking on behind Designated Targets and you've got the making of a solid list.

Frontline is one of the few missions where Iggy is really great: so a relatively classic vanilla Iggy build can do well. Iggy + Interventor + Intruder + midfield and DZ defence. It's nowhere near what is was, but it's still quite decent.

With Tactical Window, I'd honestly look at 14 order lists with this secondary pool:

    Nomads

PUPPET MASTERS (Minelayer) Submachine Gun, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 14)
    MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, E/M CCW. (0 | 6)
    MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, E/M CCW. (0 | 6)
    WARCOR (360º Visor) Flash Pulse / Stun Pistol, Knife. (0 | 3)

It adds a degree to depth to your TAG defence. You use the Morlocks as escorts for the TAG: particularly if you need to worry about Speculos/Oni/Saito on Turn 1. Realistically it doesn't add much time because of its ultimately very simple role and tendency to die relatively quickly.

    List 1:
You can't have bots (G:Servants) with a doctor in a linked team
Also you mention loads of specialists? Mary, Saly's pilot, the spec ops. I can't see the other 2.
Why a Salyut instead of Transductor? Salyut is S4 instead of S3, so harder to place.
