To start off the new thread. New speculation. Which do people think will come first? Hexadome Optimates? Or Infinity Optimates? I think we will soon see the Yaksha and Tarkshya. Those are the only non-characters we haven’t seen yet. While all new Nomads have been shown, I think they will come out with other profiles for them. I’m fairly positive there will be will be another Bearcat before another Liu Xing!
I’m thinking based on the fact that we got the Max blister we might get the Optimate box sooner. Especially with how integral they made them in fireteams. And that other armies will even want some of them it’s a good marketing sell to get out the door asap. I also wouldn’t be surprised if we got another Dart with doggo at some point. I love the smg but it has been around for quite a while and the other sculpts are either LE or A! So there’s really only one general release for infinity. And they will also capitalize on the fact that we will want another Hound bot so it will either come with her or in another pack of some kind I’d guess. I think we might see another Asura with MMR since the code one box that got the hacker went oop some time ago and the only other way to get it was in the collection box. And the hacker now has outdated gun too so another reason to update it I guess.
We know Tarkshya will be on it's own. Pilot X would likely come with 2 Racerbots. But I wouldn't put it past them to only do one, knowing everyone wants two. Then there's still Johnny, Clair, and Kyra. Yaksha are AVA2 in both vAleph and OSS, so I think they will do them, like they did with K2.
Sorry, I meant Clair, Johnny and Kyra when I said Optimate box. I would assume they’d put them together. I think they will come out in the next couple releases. And like you said, Pilot X with 1-2 racers. Lol that’d be so mean if they only did one… I think the Yaksha are a wildcard as far as when they come out. But probably will be a two pack like you said. With like Shotty/RF or some such combo. Maybe one will just have a flamer which would be awesome cuz then it could literally be any loadout. I think the Flyer will also come with its pilot remote that drops out. Kinda like the Haqq one did. But it could be a middle of the release window to keep the hype going since it’s a bigger one. I can’t wait to at least see art on all these though.
I think that will all be out by the end of the year. Now should we take bets on the next faction-redo? Probably a new 4th Nomads or 8th PanO! Ok seriously, it should be Haqqislam. They have gotten so little for years. I think they could kill two birds with one stone by doing QK. By doing QK they can also do tweeks to NA2. Druze, Kaplan, Bashi, Odalisques, Yuan Yuan are all in NA2 as well. Other than Haqq, I think Starmada, Ramah, USARF, or FRRM need some love. Since Starmada is getting a Dog Warrior Varangian, it makes me think Starmada. But it could just be throwing a bone. BTW did they ever say when that was supposed to come out? The showed art for it months ago.
I am hoping for QK next year. It has been frustrating. We really need a Jannisary HMG, new Odaliques, Laxmee, and Kaplans. Sekban need a purpose besides linkable NCO. And better integration of the Nomad pieces in link teams.
Why so negative? He will get a second sculpt when YJ gets some love ;-) tbh I think there will not be a 2nd HC so fast. The only visual destinctiv model is the Spitfire. I doubt there will be a 2nd dog. This one fits all. I would like to see a MMS Asura, even thats #5 ;-) for me personaly the best soulution would be: back to Multi Rifle. Between there could be some resculpts, maybe a 2nd Dasyu, onther Naga, maybe some extra Dikpalas. But fromt he news the above shema looks solid.
But that goes against virtually every time they come out with new sets like this. They come out with at least one figure for each new troop and then you see nothing for years if ever. I'm still waiting on another Ye Mao! Will probably see it about the same time as a Spitfire Liu Xing
