Mm! Loving the look of those Zuyong and especially the Daoying! The Haidao looks decent, if a little drab, but still good. I can use all of these. :D

You're right sir. I've decided to make the extra with the painted miniatures on last minute.

 

I really wish they went with the super hero landing for the lu xing. Or a power stomp. Rather than an effect that sort of looks like he slipped mid jump and knows he is about to break government property.

Also visors down CB. What is this 40k?

Otherwise everything else looks absolutely ace.

Found it. Nice! So, big question is would it look out of place to swap the Boarding Shotgun with the Sniper on the Daoying? It looks like a complicated swap, can't do arms because they don't match, the hands won't match with just a weapon swap...

I quite like the Liu Xing, tactical rocks and all. It has more “action” than just standing on the ground. A pose where he is “slamming down” would be great to see though.

 

Worse. They managed to have an AD model standing with both feet on the ground for Vampire Ko Dali and the original Fractaa, then apparently got scared about violating the "one foot off of the ground" rule.

 

The Sikh combi and Spitfire too, the Hacker is properly posed though.

 

The boarding shotgun tiger soldier is also one of the better AD trooper poses.

All the fraactas are on point.

The Lu Xing seems to be a modified Rasyat were they fixed the limbs to be in the correct motion while still being hella awkward looking.

 

Maybe the Bao boarding shotgun...

 

There are three Fractaa models. The original Fractaa, the one in the CA/Onyx starter set, has both feet on the ground.
The other two are on point.

 

The miniatures are gorgeous except for two things I'm not fond of.
First is the Liu Xing pose, looks like a dancing finishing move.
The second is the camo lines, stripes...just looks a bit odd.
But nonetheless amazing job CB!

 

I guess I should have clarified. Give the Zuyong Boarding Shotgun to the Daoying.

That's a solid idea. Might GS a visor.

 

I dunno, everyone else seems to think it's funny when you yelp "Hot brass!" and swipe it out of your collar.

Worst part was that it was only me shooting at that time, my own .45 dropped a very hot empty brass into my collar!

Ewww, hate the new YJ shotgun! Gimme the old one, like Sun1 is packing. I may have to do some major work to clean up either the old Tiger soldier shotgun or the old Domaru sohtgun.

Though I'm looking at this IA starter and thinking that I might need two.

(Though I should point out that it's really more like one of those SpaceX Falcon boosters landing. Lots of rocket blast, not too much 'slam' into the ground)
