    Just playing around with the concept of a Joan Vanilla list that tries to leverage all of her strengths (irregular -> regular, free coordinated, +1 swc).

    Went with the +1 swc version over the mobility version so I could get in the 2x Regulars with mines and sensor.

    A typical 'first order' move for this list would be Joan coordinating with a Swiss and the 2 Kamuas on whatever wildcard ARO link the opponent has. Thought about making the Swiss a Missile Launcher and cutting a palbot but appreciate the active turn firepower of the Swiss HMG over the 'heavy infantry noctifer' of the Swiss ML.

    Miranda Ashcroft and the Zulu run around once you've established some measure of fire superiority. Miranda's there over a Hexa KHD b/c I couldn't find the 8 extra points (don't particularly want to degrade the Kamua HRL to a Order Sergant HRL or Fusiler ML for the 8 points but could do). Do appreciate the ODD boarding shotgun for 19 points regardless - lack of marker is a pain tho.

    Lack of hacking could be an issue, though Miranda and the Zulu present no such vulnerabilities so they could take those out potentially.

    Monstrucker can cover with drop bears.

    Regulars with mines and sensor screen for the two capping elements.

    The Helot with 4 dice can catch folks out since I so rarely see the Red Fury as opposed to the endless hordes of LRL Helots.

    Honestly think you could treat the Swiss as one of the world's biggest distractions, allowing Joan to play on the other side of the board/run around once all the kinghitters on both sides have been 'traded' out.

    Problems could be another tough ODD/TO piece since unlike Varuna, the Kamau MSV is a solo piece so probably won't have the chuzptah to just endlessly win ARO duels - and using the Swiss HMG against highly negative visual mod enemy pieces is just inefficient.

    Biggest pro for this list is the conversion opportunities. You could make Miranda Ashcroft like this church assassin (think the Peacekeeper from For Honor, so-so game - great visuals), make the Monstrucker, Tech-Bee and the War Cor like aspirant monks/priests/Joan fanboys and give the Helot like this priest robe. Could be fun. idc - deus vult.

    Keep in mind that Joan becomes the lynchpin. Not only does killing her give loss of lieutenant but also half of group one becomes irregular again for the remainder of the game. Hacking/EM/Jammers/Mono particularly being threats because she is otherwise tough to outright kill. Nomads with pitchers and AD Repeaters and CA with Speculos come to mind. You might want to swap the regulars with the warcor and techbee, so group one is more resilient.

    That said, I've had some good luck running 10 order Joan lists with a tag recently, and she dies much less than I would expect (might be because of opponents or that the tag pulls attention from her).

    The coordinated shoot is good for first turn linkteam aros, but otherwise you may find that most of the time the HMG Swiss is just shooting on his own. Joan's coordinated is also very useful for moving three or four troops up field and/or suppressive fire. I built a couple lists around coordinated orders like this and for various reasons didn't use the coordinated shooting as much as moving / suppressive. If you pull out the pal bots then putting the trauma doc in group 1 lets them join the coordinated move, I wouldn't say that's preferable, but can be a consolation prize to losing the bots.

    A final bit, personally I favor the clipper, particularly with surprise shot capable forward observers. I haven't found anything that says I can't use a guided clipper shot as part of a coordinated order, which makes it efficient with Joan. Even in face to face shots, it's also easily repaired by the monstrucker, but for best mileage needs a hacker. On the other hand, if you see lots of 1 wound light armor troopers then the surprise shot is probably better to kill than target, it's more niche for tough targets.
