Will anyone of you guys & gals be using a Beasthunter in your lists in the coming weeks? I'm curious as to how this new unit fares in battle now that it is out.
I'm trying to fit YJ exclusive profile in some of my lists right now. It's just so dangerous for so little points. It clutters midfield with Long Ya and Kanren minelayers so damn much and allows even more shell games with mines. And don't even get me started with the mini, she's amazing and demands table time.
When you put it that way it sounds like an autotake. Do you think this unit was built more in mind for Yu Jing than the other factions?
The new Yuan Yuan is a perfect update of the 2008 mini, I love it. I don't think I need 7 Yuan Yuans (plus the Xmas biker), but I want it!
Don't care for any of the newly announced minis. Looking forward to the PanO Varg box coming out around spring. Hope the models turn out nice.
I'm in love with that Yuan Yuan! Must have! I may not use YY much anymore but that's a "get just because she's cool" figure. Yes I've already been putting it in lists for my WB. I haven't had a chance to try it out though.
Will await a painted version before I give further comment to Gromez, unsure on head and waist area. But the Yuan Yuan is likely to be a must have proxy for several things ... from Tiger hacker to Raoul I reckon. Great sword choice and this is one of those times I appreciate the re-used pose, I never did pickup the original despite liking it.
The selection on who gets what with the new TAG Raid profiles is a little odd. I'm glad Ikari got the TH and Diggers but wish it had gotten the BH because it has little mid-field. So February will be a cheap Infinity month for me. As I already have the old Gromoz I see no point in buying the new one because they give her this silly cleaver and yes I mean the cleaver, the cleavage I like ;-) I didn´t see the point, why Jazz has a big machete (and 0 use for it), I don´t like the sword on the Ye Mao (but he is the best Hacker in WB) and I definitly dislike this big and ugly swordthing on Gromoz. So nope. The Defiance one is the better one here. CB should definitly make some Fantasy minis, were the designers can life out their urge to design swords The Yuan instead has a nice and sleek sword and I think the know how to use it. And I like they get rid of the old museum style sword of the old one. This is a very nice remake and I will get er in my collection ... a nice Hunter proxy also (yes I like the YJ Hunter much, but I am not willing to pay 235,- € extra for her, plus shipping ;-). The Fuzzbots are a bit underwhelming, but this is okay, they are Baggege bots, they don´t have to be beautyful, as long as they are not aweful like some older cusins of them. But I hope, the Probots will get a different design. Ah time for Jing Qo to enjoy her cosplay hobby for small money (pts) ;-)

That does seem like a possibility. I remember CB saying that they wanted to try and make that idea a reality.
Given I quite like the Defiance sculpt I think I will use this one as a base for a few Bandits conversions.
