I thought a doctor with G:servant could join a fireteam with his servant diconnected, to use his servant later if needed(mission, or when fireteam broken, etc). but I've checked the rule again that he couldn't
It's hard for me to want to try Jannissaries in RTF when they're so runnable in QK due to glorious Hafzas. But I think it's a different kind of list: QK Jannissaries are all about leveraging link bonuses on a couple of elite guys, RTF is about having an elite team.
Taskforce (LI/spec/s2)──────────────────────────────────────────────────10 JANISSARY Missile Launcher / Pistol, CC Weapon. (2 | 37) JANISSARY Missile Launcher / Pistol, CC Weapon. (2 | 37) HORTLAK (Chain of Command) Submachine Gun, Blitzen / Viral Pistol, Knife. (0 | 33) HORTLAK Submachine Gun, Blitzen / Viral Pistol, Knife. (0 | 28) LEILA SHARIF Hacker (Killer Hacking Device) Shock Marksman Rifle, D-Charges / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (0 | 20) KHAWARIJ Lieutenant (Fatality L2) Spitfire / Pistol, AP CCW. (1.5 | 32) KHAWARIJ (Fireteam: Haris, NCO) Rifle + Light Shotgun, Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. (0.5 | 30) KHAWARIJ Doctor Plus (MediKit) Boarding Shotgun, Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW. (0 | 30) GHULAM (Infinity Spec-Ops) (12 XP) (WIP:15, Minelayer, Religious Troop, CUBEVAC Plus) Rifle, Light Shotgun / Pistol, Knife, Viral CC Weapon. (0 | 13) NAMURR (Fireteam: Duo) Rifle + Light Shotgun, E/Marat, D-Charges / Heavy Pistol, E/M CC Weapon, Knife. (0 | 38) 6 SWC | 298 PointsOpen in Infinity Army one of the lists i‘m enjoing at the moment because it is LI and only S2 so it fits into a small feldherr bag with all the accessories i need to play a game yes it includes spec ops and it needs the spec op to sctually work but right now playing with spec ops is the norm at our meta in preparation for the interplanetario i like it beacuse it has a relative strong and tanky defensive link with arm 4 and 2 W its not that easy to beat and with bs 16/19 depending on range before modifiers with b2 it can actually win some ftf rolls and if its not in my favour i can try and go prone. on the other hand it has a small haris with superjump and the loved Fatality L2 rule. Then the doc+engineer spec ops to bring them back or repair them if they get hit by em the the last unit is the namurr as a button presser or if beedet go on a run against some HI with the Emarrat i guess this is a very different aprouch to jannisaries that the last lists i think if you play them in Ramah you play them as your main core Link offensive or defensive doesn’t matter these guys will look lovely on the table and do a descent job as well in QK as written bevore they will also be the core but differend they will feel more like the mixed link other factions have with the HI in a Line trooper link.
