Is daleth 17pts?

Stempler zond is 16pts and it is excatly same with Daleth. So as oko in o 12.
It had been few weeks i reported that have not been fixed. Is it oversight or some how it is expensive in aleph?

Seems like one in three factions pay 16, one in three pay 17 and one in three pay 18 with no stat changes and it's being reported biweekly :S
