Birchpunk is a very nice futuristic dystopian project that with ironically shows the future of Russia, and yes, in the future Putin's clones still rule Russia.

Here is the game Overwatch, known for its designs that evoke those of Infinity and Aristeai. There are all the cinematics, approximately 2 hours of animation. Enough to produce a real movie, too bad Blizzard didn't plan it, so that all its videos together would make a real movie and not independent videos.

Overwatch is a vibrant team-based shooter set on a near-future earth. Every match is an intense 6v6 battle between a cast of unique heroes, each with their own incredible powers and abilities.

The video game is a 2016 team-based multiplayer first-person shooter developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. Described as a "hero shooter", Overwatch assigns players into two teams of six, with each player selecting from a large roster of characters, known as "heroes", with unique abilities. Teams work to complete map-specific objectives within a limited period of time.

Blizzard has added new characters, maps, and game modes post-release, all free of charge, with the only additional cost to players being optional loot boxes to purchase cosmetic items. It was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows in May 2016 and Nintendo Switch in October 2019. An optimized performance patch for the Xbox Series X and Series S was released in March 2021.

A sequel, Overwatch 2, was announced in 2019 and will include new player versus environment (PvE) co-operative multiplayer modes. In addition, it will have a shared competitive multiplayer environment, allowing players of both games to play against each other. While it will be sold as a separate game, all-new heroes, maps, and competitive gamemodes will also exist in Overwatch.

Both are equipped with personally activated hand-held weapons called "Dominators" whose integrated scanners provide the target's immediate Psycho-Pass. The gun-like weapon can only fire when approved by the Sibyl System and triggered by its owner. Inspectors and Enforcers work as a team, though Inspectors have jurisdiction to fire their Dominators on the Enforcers should they pose a danger to the public or the Inspectors themselves.

Leon relaxes, watching a hologram of blue skies and recalling a holiday he and Isobel had – but doesn’t remember one of the features she draws attention to, a vase with a white lily. The purpose of their expedition is to investigate a comet. Perhaps because of his fractiousness, Leon sets a ﬂight path that Isobel considers dangerous, and the ship is damaged in the process of its exploration. Buoyed by the success of their trip, Leon and Isobel discuss what they’ll do when they return to Earth. Isobel gets a word wrong, and it becomes apparent there’s something is amiss – she is a holographic companion for Leon, based on the persona of a former lover, and is suffering from the same fault as the ship’s other systems. Isobel insists that Leon reboot her, but he is reluctant to do so since it will wipe her out.

Their relationship is what’s keeping him together, and for Isobel it’s one that’s based on someone else’s memories. Isobel insists on the reboot, and Leon reminisces about the ‘real’ Isobel, for once addressing the hologram as if it’s her. These are their last moments together. Then the reboot is completed and the holographic companion that was Isobel asks Leon in a blank computerized voice what he wants to call her. Leon prepares for a very long and very lonely trip back to Earth.

A Night's Work (Shadowrun promo, 1990)

FASA's 1990 promo video for their Shadowrun RPG. Thrill to the production values! Soak up the 80's ambiance!

This is not my rip, but I do own a copy of the video in question. Since FASA is - sadly - no more, and since this was rarely seen outside GenCon 1990 and the game's press kit, I thought I'd do my part in archiving a bit of gaming history before the tapes die of bitrot.

TORIENA 「MELANCOZMO」MUSIC VIDEO

Born in 1993. A multi-creator who self-produced all lyrics, compositions, and arrangements, as well as game music, chiptune girls, fashion, artwork, and character design!
His major debut EP, "MELANCOZMO" will be released on August 21, 2017 for digital distribution only. The title track "MELANCOZMO" is a sublimation of chiptune and pops, a new generation of pops that only "TORIENA" can express. The unique music video, in which a mysterious life form battles with a laptop in an unsettling world, was created by Amana Interdimensional. Other songs on the album include the ironic pop song "NOT IDOL," which expresses the feelings toward idols from a meta perspective, "Lai Lai Tenshin," which combines the mysterious cuteness of the Chinese language with catchiness, and an instrumental chiptune song that is at the core of TORIENA's identity. It is truly a gem of a debut EP, filled with new pop songs by "TORIENA".
