Here are 3 short movies in music clip format with a cyberpunk style (especially the first one, which is in the old/classic cyberpunk trend), and a 4th SF short movie (SYNC) which was used for the parody of the 3rd clip.

Two short films, which may reflect the technological level of the Human Sphere, with the themes of augmented reality in an ultra-capitalist panocanian universe and the management of personnel through the quest for competitiveness.

I saw this cyberpunk short movie last week, it's totally in the infinity mood with the themes of body transfer, brain recording in VR, cyborgs, cybernetic implants, remotes, aka equinox group, etc :eyes::popcorn:
According to the director, they are starting with a short filmwith the goal of selling the project to make a long feature.

Here are some short films which I found some ideas with infinity... Lander reminds me of a predator Jayth fighting taigha, an animation with characters directly from the old daktari, Irradiation which could simulate the first kazak scientific tests when they managed their nanotechnological pollution problems, and singularity which reminds me the usariadna against Aleph bots.

What better way to represent Infinity, than Infinity? Here is the playlist of their short films on the season ITS 8: Tagline. :grinning::yum:

    PROLOGUE: TAGLINE.
    Planet Paradiso. Theater of Operations.

It ostensibly falls upon the Coordinated High Command, under the auspices of O-12, to over-
see the systemwide military efforts against the alien invasion of Paradiso. And yet the superpowers of the Sphere will not hesitate to exploit this
arrangement to further their own governmental and financial agendas.

The slightest shift in the balance of this precarious alliance might bring about the collapse of the O-12-led international initiative, in turn leading to the fall of Paradiso, Combined Army encroachment on human systems, the prospect of a total war and, in the worst-case scenario, the enslavement—or eradication—of the human race.

Paradiso is subject to both a physical military blockade and an unprecedented information blockade. Precious little news about the events in Paradiso manages to break through the culture of silence that surrounds the system. Whatever information percolates through to the average citizen has been trimmed down to a series of inconsequential anecdotes. It would be fair to say that the larger part of humanity has learned more about the conflict from fictional Maya shows like Myrmidon Wars than from mainstream news media. This careful curation of news has been set up by the Coordinated High Command—with the acquiescence of each of its members—in order to shield the public from information that might conceivably lead to panic and unrest.

Behind this ironclad system of censorship, occurrences in Paradiso help shape the political land-scape of the Sphere as members vie for influence over the Coordinated High Command.

Of this, PanOceania is painfully aware. The latest three operations coordinated by the Hyperpower floundered disastrously, resulting in the loss of a key strategic position and the True Death of five TAG pilots, including celebrated war hero Toni Macayana. These blunders have taken their toll on the morale of PanOceanian soldiers, called into question PanOceania’s military fitness and given their Yu Jing contenders ammunition for a potential bid for the leadership.

Alfred Savage, Zeitgeist spokesman, concerned about the lobby’s decline in popularity and pressed by the Board of Directors, arranges a secret meeting to decide the best course of action.

Thanks, about the time to type the texts, no it doesn't take much time, it's copy/paste. But to find them it was a little long indeed, fortunately the algorythms of recommendation learned my preferences since :grinning:

This week, I share with you the short films of a French school of fx, I have spotted all those of the SF genre and human with the Ariadnean level of technology confronted with a post-apocalyptic world (Aral).

On youtube there is the whole Total Recall 2070 series, which is a kind of historical prequel to the Total Recal movie period (perhaps more from its title than anything else), but which is more in the Blade Runner line. Personally I prefer the french version, there was something more.
Net exclusive for anyone outside the dvd zone 1 region and who couldn't see it when it came out in 1999, enjoy it while it's online, because the series might be deleted and it doesn't seem to be on any streaming platform (it's probably lost). :the_horns:

My selection of stop motion films for this week.
The final episode of the webseries Micro War where humanity fights against the game Gates of Antares, a short film with a biker in the infinity style, a sci-fi horror stop-motion webseries and a little comedy to pass all this (but maybe not for the Greeks :alien:).
