There is a relatively early version of the YJ book available to backers already, needs more proofreading though. No index or any page references set up, though.
Any interesting or usual insights into the Jade Empire in there? What about the non-faction/nation books? Like the Corporations, etc...? Any early drafts of those made available to you backers?
If you look at the kickstarter updates for the project it will tell you what the backers have access to. Yu Jing is the latest preview that we the backers have. So, no, we haven't seen any non-faction/human books.

Is the character generator still being supported? It only has PanO, Ariadna, and Haqq supplements at the moment.
I was going to ask this question myself. Where are the Nomad and Aleph expansions? They've been overdo for a good while now.
I mean, I understand why (Modiphius are very busy with other projects) but it's still not a great look.
It looks like it did get updated with a talent viewer that I don't remember being there last time I checked.
i'm having trouble with Uplifts, i was hoping the generator would help out. I did manage to do my Nomad fine with just the books.
Guess I'll have to follow your example as well. I got a couple of uplift ideas that could have really used the generator's ease of operation over just using the book alone.
I keep hoping after I get an email about how they're doing a new kickstarter or product line, that they'll slow down just a bit to cement what they have. Or at least look at their extras like the character creator. In addition to fixing some bugs, being able to do the various options in the Nomad and Aleph books would really help a lot.
A new kickstarter? When did you hear about this sort of possibility? Where are those updates already? The Aleph book has been out for awhile now and the Nomad book doesn't seem to be anywhere in sight.
I don't think it is dead yet but it sure is taking a long time for the generator to be updated. The Aleph book was released recently so hopefully we will at least get that faction added to the generator soon then Nomads and Yu Jing afterwards.
Nomads have been added, but atm the Creator hangs (i.e. when choosing Uplifts and proceeding from Awakening to Education). Still, it is getting better and better (though you can kinda cheat with the roll-step back-roll mechanic ^^)
I find out yesterday. Guess this means Aleph is not that far off. I'm glad they added that feature to step-back and redo. It allows people to get the character they want and test out different life choices and skills before finalizing.
