That's just how languaje works: "Communist Utopia" is an oyimoron, you cannot put those two words together in a sentence :p [I'm just joking, I liked the meme]
I think 'utopia' is just another word for 'distopia' personally. It's how they all turn out in the end, so long as humans are involved. :/ Obviously the EI has to save us from ourselves.
Actually, at risk of being pedantic, it totally can be! Spending my years in college studying English mostly made me realize how little the rules actually matter. :/
