Bostria mentioned in this week's White Noise podcast that all the miniature production for Wave 1 is done, and has been for a while but they're waiting on elements from other manufacturers that got hit by Covid delays.
They already showed the minis in an update Anyway I would appreciate if we get info even if there is a delay (which I can understand with the situation given), but „no communication“ is not cool
"We don't know" is communication. "We haven't received shippment of X printed elements or Y plastic elements from China" is communication. Radio silence for weeks with the already revised (delayed) shipping dates coming in fast is not.
Melkiach, you magnificent bastard, I liked your post. In the absence of actual news for the updates, CB could certainly give us filler updates that include photos of painted minis. We can be easily distracted by the new shinies. Have we seen a painted version of Kusanagi? N4 is not out 'til the end of October here in the USA. I doubt that it is the cause of the update absence.
2 weeks (actually 15 days). Don’t catastrophise. Don’t be so entitled. Don’t be so impatient. It’s like you’re completely new to kickstarter since 15 days between updates is so unacceptable to you. I’m not going to do your research for you, but why don’t you do some comparisons of KS fulfilment and communication before losing your mind every time you post about defiance? I don’t actually see anything incorrect or overreacting in Nuada’s post. It’s a factual statement that CB has not communicated any updates about the current shipping timeline.
It's really CB's fault for doing weekly updates, most Kickstarters are monthly updates. Now a few weeks with no update is noticeable. I do believe the videos a couple weeks ago said they'd have an update soon, but the other issue is that when you get close to the end, you're always waiting for that last bit of info before updating. And yeah, most folks probably haven't done kickstarters before. People jump into kickstarters with no idea what a pledge manager is, let alone when they're entitled to new information. CB likewise doesn't seem familiar with kickstarters.

Please friendly forumnites, let’s keep it civil Back to topic: I cannot really see why an update of „hey we know we try our best to send out but due to a freaking pandemic wait for xyz, please stay with us, we get you an update asap“ is so hard to do. There is no downside for CB (money is collected, no refunds), most people would obviously understand the situation. Anyhow, eagerly awaiting that next update, maybe @-V- can help us here? *prettyplease*

On a more lightly tone: I managed to get the Valkyrie skin from last year's boundle which my shop couldn't get me at that time :)
