I'm not too happy with that Saladin pose. He does not look like the Commander he is supposed to be. Everything else is great, though.

 

So do I really need to spend $70 on top to get the new Saladin? Will there be an option to buy him as a standalone?

No, just the stretch goals as a whole. And you need to pay at least 100 EUR (that's EUR, not USD!) to be able to pay 70 EUR for the Outcast box.

 

FFS, stop confusing people who are asking about THESE models. What you see on the Kickstarter will NEVER be released again. Different sculpts / poses may or may not be released further down the road. There was NO CONFIRMATION that ALL of them would be released.

Yeah, I'm already backing the Deluxe Box, but I guess I'll have to recover some of the money by selling off the o12 part of the expansion. Saladin is really the only thing I want from it.

 

Question regarding the future reinforcement pack Pano : we haven't seen the pano enemy cards as Strech Goal.

Does that mean you will need to buy the reinforcement pack to get the cards or will they be added to the pledges like the Morat and Onyx cards (or will they be buyable as add-on) ?

 

The Outcast expansión has a Zulu Cobra card for example

 

So I assume it will be like with the other Reinforcement Packs: the Cards and Tokens will be included in the Outcast Expansion and if you want to use real miniatures instead off Tokens you can buy the Reinforcement Pack.

 

If I remember the Kingdom Death Kickstarter right, almost every single additional miniature raised the pledge. So this is not unusual.

I'd say it depends. If you start with a high price you can add lots of free Stretch Goals. Problem: someone has to back the high price, low(er) value first.
If you start with an already low price (or a high value for your price) you can not add lots of free Stretch Goals without running into losses.

Ok, I see a Tiger - or Liu Xing - and some kind of Aleph drop trooper. The middle one is too vague, but my money would be on a Tohaa hero.

 

Middle one is this, so probably not new sculpts? Or maybe alt parts, because the top of her head is more pointy in the silhouette, looking like a hood?
