You have to gently bend the bag a little, then push the arm on its positioning key. But, it's quite difficult, it took me 3/5 minutes (it will take some green stuff). If you have big hands, it will probably be even more complex.

Spiral Galaxy Games sent an address confirmation for UK deliveries about a month ago, I asked them to delay mine until my parents were back in the UK next month so don't know if they've sent them out yet.

I've asked CB yesterday by email about the tiles, said I'm in Poland and have not received them yet. Got an answer that they are sending to Europe "within a few days". Just received a Defiance Kickstarter update saying that all of the replacement tiles were already shipped to all backers in several EU countries, Poland among them. I still have no notification of shipping. @Koni ? :|
Think that the processing in the courier office could be slower than usual, as we've sent a huge amount of packages. Anyway, the courier company (Correos) should send you an email with the shipping notification. AFAIK, Poland shipments in particular, were processed earlier this week and should be on its way to Poland.
