Nah. There's something funky going on with Clipsos. By my estimates, Clipsos should be about 28 points. Spektr makes sense when compared to Tuareg, Crocmen, and Razor.
Clipsos only compares sanely to Dasyu, which is also fairly obviously too cheap compared to all the others (unless NWI started costing 3 points when I wasn't looking...).

Hmmm, that'd be worth pricing out, I suppose. Comparing Dasyus to Malignos is always amusing.
