That's at least partly confusion about how Special Skills work (which is a serious issue in itself). If a unit (at the unit level rather than the individual option level) has the Fireteam: Duo Special Skill, it has that Skill. Period. No matter which faction or Sectorial that unit is appearing in, in just the same way that a unit that has V: Dogged always has that Skill listed. As per the Fireteam: Duo Skill, you must check the Sectorial chart to see if a Duo can be formed in that Sectorial. The same applies to the Fireteam: Haris Special Skill, but that's more often an option-level Skill rather than a unit-level Skill, in which case the Haris options only get listed where appropriate, rather like the Sectorial-specific loadouts for Ninjas or Devas. So technically, the actual bug is that Army isn't showing Duo all the time, and (as we're all aware) doesn't list Fireteam options consistently.
I generally agree with you, but I feel compelled to point out that the "generic merc" version (that you get in vanilla armies or if you enable the mercs checkbox) of ABH currently only differ in that they lack the duo skill. The fact that there are two different profiles with identical names is already an issue, but there's no reason they could not link to that one instead of the Duo version.
Yes, as far as I'm concerned ABHs should have the Fireteam: Duo Skill listed everywhere, including the 'full merc' versions.
I imagine some of it is a leftover from when there were both regular and irregular ABHs. Just broadly speaking, though, I think that the way Fireteam: Duo is currently handled is definitely confusing.
I am not able to add Carmen and Batard to an army. Nothing happens when I click the row. Batards equipment is also weirdly formatted. I'm on a mobile, Samsung Galaxy 8. I have tried the app and the website in both ordinary and private mode.
Dunno if it has been mentioned before... but Bit & Kiss still won't show in the "characters" filter in the Army (PC version).
So it seems that adding in the montessa biker has broken Infinity army, looks like all of the new stuff for TAK is bugged out. I've tried both infinity army and mobile on different browsers, ipad and phone, so I'm pretty sure it's a sever side issue. Taking any of these blank options ads pts and swc, but even the print version is completely blank and it'll really mess with the scroll bar.
An extra little side note, bug still happens in both french and English, however the army builder works just fine in Spanish. But switching languages brings the profiles back to their bugged state. Guessing some data went missing in the spreadsheet.
I'm happy to report, the options are showing up and I'm back to building lists. If whoever fixed it is watching this thread, good job CB.
A little bug (I suppose it is) When making the courtesy PDF for printing, the N2 of the Lieutenant of the Asuras on OSS appears on Unit name...
