Army: Dashat Troop: Traktor Muls Program: infinity Army App IOS Issue: Dozer dependency NOT eliminated.
Yeah it's a bit weird: Sphinx (remote presence) piloted by Scindron (remote presence, pilot[remote]), Xeodron (remote presence), piloted by Staldron (remote presence, NO pilot[remote]), Overdron (remote presence) also piloted by Staldron (remote presence, pilot[remote]), Avatar (NO REMOTE PRESENCE) also piloted by Staldron (remote presence, NO pilot[remote])?
This is way off topic for the thread at hand, but consider how the rules for TAGs are structured. Pilots are not driving the TAGs, the pilot is not necessary and it is essentially the TAG that is driving the pilot. Narratively they are probably going for a system where there's a shard of the EI is defacto inside the TAG body rather than at a remote location light years away - hence why units the Mnemonica jumps to also lose their Cubes. They've only partially moved towards a rule set where the pilot is the trooper, but for now we should consider the pilot to be an accessory of the TAG if the pilot has the Pilot rule.
Added to the army weapon chart. Sorry, it was a mistake. Yes, is intentional. My foult. It was the last change of the changelog list and I guess i didnt copy it well. The digger was changed by the beasthunters.
Rough for players who have made proxies and painted them, like me! (I used cutthroats as the base, they looked great.) Diggers made it into 90% of my spiral lists, this is pretty painful, as it really reduces the brawler link as an option.
But why? So most of my lists are crap now. Why does Corvus Belli hate Spiral and Tohaa Players so much?
Just want to add my voice to those above regarding diggers in spiral. They're a really necessary piece in the faction and it sucks for them to go and be replaced with something that isn't really necessary or comparable in role
@HellLois out of interest, when you mentioned that the Avatar didn't have remote presence before, and then clarified that it was a mistake when we said that it has had that rule for the last two years, did you mean: 1) You simply made a mistake when you said that it never had it or 2) CB made a mistake by adding the rule to the profile at the start of N4, and have only now fixed that? I'm just interested in understanding whether having that rule was an intentional design decision for the Avatar or not. In general, so many of us would actually love to hear more from Corvus Belli about design thinking and reasoning. Including one or two sentences for some of the updates about why you decided to change something would really be cool to read. For example, Taigha creatures going up a point and becoming slower. I think this is a fantastic change, CB really did well to address this and improve the game. Someone could have written, "we wanted Combined Army players to consider Pretas and Gakis more often as alternatives instead of only taking Taighas, and we also felt it was too easy for a Taigha to berserk enemies from 12" away, after dodging around a corner to get LOS to them." While this is an example where we can guess why the change was needed, there are a lot of other changes that we can't really understand at all. A few notes, examples, or explanations would be amazing.
I 100 percent second what @Vaulsc said. Similar things for example are: Why were Diggers removed from SC and Beasthunters added? Why was the decision made to keep Mimetism (-3) on all bikes? Why, after so many years, were Traktor Muls finally decoupled from Dozers? What's the reasoning behind adding the two recent fto profiles to Zoe & Pi-Well? I'm sure other people can think of more. It's not about complaining, just about understanding.
It had Ghost: Mnemonica, though, which was significant. The Batroid TAGs are intelligent robots and have Remote Presence; what's the difference?
Army: Ariadna/USAriadna Troop: ITS Corsair Bashi Bazouks Browser used & Operative System: Windows 10, Chrome Description of the bug: Holomask options don't include Van Zant or Airborne Ranger. EDIT: realised this probably wouldn't matter, as you wouldn't show these units on a courtesy list anyway unless deployed 'normally'
Army: tohaa Troop: wardriver Browser used & Operative System: app (idk if in other is same) Description of the bug: lack of hacker evo (and driver perse) option
You forgot to update the nomads TAGs to have courage or religious. They are the only TAGs you sell that take a guts check from a pistol, even when it can not hurt them.
He's long dead, trust me. @karush I swear I wish it were allowed to report people for being this level of obnoxious and annoying. The entire infinity community telling you to drop it won't turn you off your ridiculous quest, will it?
