I'm... not sure if you're serious? Chaksa Longarms were added to Bakunin, Starmada, Svarlheima Winter Force, and White Company several months ago. There was a ton of discussion on it all around the forums at the time.
Absolutely - I think without really adding any new rules they could create a form of Immunity called "Immunity(Hacking)" with the caveat that it doesn't apply to Spotlight - it would be much preferable to the current system of giving all other HI, REM, and TAG troops "hackable"

Not given the option to Holomask as a Motorized 112, Motorized Bounty Hunter, Traktor Mul or Kum Biker, all of which are the right silhouette to allow a Holomask.
