Lei Gong and the yaofang are the top of my list. Maybe a combi guilang, I'd even settle for it in a hacker pose.
I would like to see a Tian Gou box with three(red fury/Hacker/BS) and a pair of cool chibis for mad traps... And of course the Long Ya
They wouldn't do a box of just TG. They would do him as a part of a set with others, like a White Banner box or similar. Usually only fireteams will get a box set. Like the Shang Ji, Zhanshi, Zuyong, Wu Ming, etc. Am I right that the last box set of one trooper figures for Yu Jing was the Celestial Guard? That was like two years ago.
Here are my biggest wishes: Long Ya, Tian Gou Guilang Hacker Hsien Multi-marksman (all Hsien models are incredible, so proxying the multi-rifle isn't exactly bad... but more Hsien please!) Hac Tao Missile Launcher (Updated female Hac Tao in the new armor. I'm part way to converting this from a Wu Ming HRL and must complete it to make CB pull their trigger)
I'd settle for a two pack of Guilang Hacker and Guilang FO ;) Any combi rifle Guilang would be fine, really.
I'm starting to think that since YJ doesn't have much left to come out, except two not out at all and several other profiles, that they might need to make new troops or change troops. There's always a chance they could stop production on ISS troops and create a new sectoral. If Crimson Stone (Kosmo and Coreg), plus Haidao, Tian Gou, and Starmada are anything to go by, I'm guessing Imperial Navy of some sort.
I hear you but what are they to do? New figures will always sell better. Re-sculpts really don't do as well. CB is one of the few that will do it. I think Bao will be Haramaki-d, before they make a new sculpt for them.
If Bao got redesigned it would be cool, but I actually really like the current look and don't feel the need for another S5 unit. Or maybe they'd make biker Bao. But I'd prefer they just corner drag the current renders and give them weapons and link options worth fielding. But yeah, there's a comfy 2 years of releases in the Yu Jing profile backlog without adding more dud profiles no one takes.
I don't think they will settle with just coming out with the back log. We might see re-sculpts of something and I think something new within a year or so. Edit: Unfortunately it will probably be a merc that everyone gets
So here's something I want to see. In the Future! (Said with dramatic radio voice) ISS, Jeckie Chen, Special Agent, Master of Disguise Character or Troop with Impersonation. Even if one time use it would be cool. To get him like Jakie Chan I'd add in Dodge +6, Super Jump and/or Climb+, Booty (Re-Roll), (Metachemistry Reroll), Para CCW -6.
Still think that now that Impersonation (IMP-2) exists that Kanren should have that instead of Holoprojector. I'll find something to do with my extra 6 Kanren miniatures... (And Jackie could be a named Kanren)
