There's a confusing part about using Spec-Ops in Narrative Mode in Daedalus' Fall campaign rules. There are two paragraphs, one after another, that seem to contradict each other. The first one says that you can always take a Spec-Ops in Narrative Mode in a sectorial, regardless of his sectorial of origin. But right below it says that you can't take a Spec-Ops that doesn't belong to the specific sectorial (so no Fusiliers in an MO Narrative Mode game). Which is it?
