Stack? Sure, but I'm still not sure if it's worth it. So hacking him would be at -9, just go for the guy next to him.
He's functionally impossible to hack as the Tinbot-6 and ECM-3 would both stack the -WIP mods and the -DAM mods, meaning the only program that could stop him -- Carbonite -- bounces off his BTS 6 at damage 7. It's very compelling, but as Space Ranger pointed out they'd probably just hack the guy with the Tinbot instead, so you can't just march through a repeater net. Still, I'm interested.
Ehhhh I don't think ECM provides a -damage mod? You're the second person I've seen say this is this more common than I thought? Are people actually playing with ECM Guided -6 reduces the damage of a guided missile by 6?
Carbonite is damage 4 against Qiang (and Shang Ji) in a Firewalled team (13 - 6 for BTS and -3 for the wall). Carbonite isn't AP, it's DA. Like it was in N3 when Jisus didn't exist, this profile would've been relevant by the merits of that what he brought was not found in the sectorial, but since both sectorials he's in have Jisus with the same tags as Qiang, he's competing with Jisus who have both a better and wider kit at roughly the same points.
Firewall reduces damage by -3 flat. The differenz btw -3 and -6 applys only to the WIP roll. So carbonite against Qiang with Tinbot support suffers a -9 to WIP and -3 to damage. An average hacker with WIP 13 is on 4 to hit with B2 vs 13 to reset on B1. Damage 13 is reduced to 10 and will be saved on a 5 (two rolls for DA).
