I really don't get why you'd build a 9-order list* and rely on Command Tokens for that last order. As I see it you could improve that list vastly by making the Daoying the LT, kicking the less safe LT out of the list in favour of Tai Sheng, upgrading the Warcor to a real order and an SWC weapon (Son-Bae), and then either stick a Chaiyi in group 2 or upgrade the Zuyong Tinbot to a Shang-Ji (which is a strict upgrade, even if it is an expensive upgrade) I like Sun, but I think the whole point of him is to push past the 10-orders limit with specific strong models. As it is the changes above results in 12 order lists that doesn't require CTs each turn versus the proposed 11 orders that burns a CT each turn. * which by the way was what made Proxies "terrible" prior to HSN3, when each body took up a slot meaning the super-cheap and competent two proxies you'd buy would push your order amount down sufficiently that it was "unplayable"
I'm not forgetting it, I don't think it is as strong as making up for the inherent handicap. You can probably make a good Sun list, but I think the primary reason to make him useful is to push the order limit and that list almost intentionally tries to build away from that advantage.
