Sorry, I was calculating Emily. Plus check your calculator, it includes -3 mod for range, which shouldn't be taken (you have X-Visor). Ok, my bad seems calculator shows some things in a different manner when X-Visor is included. 25% chance seems to be for a 16"-24" range band, so you still need to use 1-2 orders to move ;P
Also it has different numbers for dodge and change facing, while they supposed to be the same, as you are dodging on -3. Or I'm missing something.
If your TAG is a Squalo (HGL), you can pound that Druze link team or Emily from your own DZ in a handful of orders, without ever having to spend orders on maneuver. ~10 orders to kill a TR bot and immobilize a TAG really isn't that impressive - Shinobu can dice a TAG in a single order if she pulls off deployment correctly. For ea. Druze caught under the template: Active Player 21.80% Squalos inflicts 1 or more wounds on Druze Shock Teams (Unconscious) Failures 48.95% Neither player succeeds Reactive Player 29.25% Druze Shock Teams Dodges Squalos For Emily: Active Player 26.04% Squalos inflicts 1 or more wounds on Emily Handelman, Intel Agent (Unconscious) Failures 48.96% Neither player succeeds Reactive Player 25.00% Emily Handelman, Intel Agent Dodges Squalos For comparison, a 5-link of Druze are nailing the Squalo 20.25% of the time in 0 range, and Emily is doing it 15.62% of the time. The point, "E/M LGLs can immobilize my TAG and kill my TR bot" isn't really any more valid than the generic comment that weapons in Infinity are lethal.
Even better, have a dedicated Sniffer drop group. anything on ARO dies to direct fire, so you can typically push the sniffers in group two right up the table in about 3-4 orders. then you can satlock and rain the death down on 18s
I think the ZC may end up a WIP 13 Jammer with limited TO or something similar. Still, very happy to see PanO getting something cool to play around with :)

My only issue is that I really don't like the new trend of PanO helmets being just face masks. Luckily I really like the Bolt helmet design, have plenty of them that I'm not likely to use, and a saw.
Funny how you pay 5 pts for a WIP15 jammer and likely 20-30 for a WIP13 one. Limited TO would be weird. It can't be too cheap, but then you'll end up paying the price of a croc man or so for something without TO.
limited TO would probablye be very cheap. its really only the HD that you would be buying, especially on something like a jammer
The cloak looks TO-ish certainly but I'm skeptical now that the Zulu Cobra will be an infiltrator. I might be wrong but I don't think the combo of infiltration, TO camo and a B4 gun exists in the game at present.
