How long does it usually take until a Beyond Operation: <Insert two word combo here> kit appears?

It was said at the seminar that they're aiming at a November release, December at the latest.

 

Hopefully the sectorials will get released earlier...

There's a big update to Army due later in the year, about the same time Varuna and Beyond Coldfront is due, from the seminar I got the impression that this is when the new Sectorials would drop along with some revised profiles.
