I've found the Spektr forward observer/ assault hacker is good for this mission/ especially if you take second turn and have a list with zero/ few deployed specialists. Keep him in hidden deployment near one of the objectives until the last turn of the game and you've got a near certain objective claim with a specialist that can't ever be captured. If there are enemy specialists midfield he may be able to capture one of them too and add insult to injury
